Arrival Days
Université Paris-Saclay welcomes incoming international students on their very first day by organising the Arrival Days: staff members will be present during four days on Orsay campus, on August 31st and September 1st, 4th and 5th, to provide information regarding the very first administrative procedures to be completed after arriving in France.
Other Arrival Days will be organised for students arriving on other campuses of the university, in particular Sceaux, Kremlin-Bicêtre and Guyancourt.

Make sure that you have an accommodation before you arrive!
Please note that we will not provide accommodation offers during the Arrival Days, so you should find an accommodation before you arrive, even temporarily for the first few days. We will provide information about accommodation and answer your questions but you will have to contact directly student residences or private landlords to find an accommodation. UVSQ offers personalised support for new international students. A team of students supervised by a coordinator will guide students through their first steps and their integration into the university. Various activities will be organized from the start of the academic year until the end of November 2023 (help with administrative formalities, recreational or cultural activities, administrative tutoring, etc.).
