How to apply

Step 1 : Application to a master’s degree at Université Prais-Saclay before the set deadline for the international scholarship program

All master’s programs of Université Paris-Saclay are eligible except vocational programs (« formations en apprentissage »). However, only students who have applied and have been admitted before the set deadline for the international master’s scholarship program can be selected by course coordinators. Late applications cannot be accepted.

Selected students will automatically receive an email with a link to the online application form. If case applies, they will be requested to provide the name and contact details of two references (course coordinator, professor, internship supervisor, etc.) who can recommend their application. These references will receive an email inviting them to complete their recommendation online before the set deadline. Candidates will receive a confirmation of receipt of the recommendation but will not have access to the recommendation in itself.
Email applications cannot be accepted.

Step 3 : Selection of laureates by the scholarship jury

Complete applications will be evaluated by a jury composed of experts from Graduate Schools of Université Paris-Saclay. Applications are evaluated according to the following criteria: academic background, personal project, motivation for pursuing a PhD thesis at Université Paris-Saclay (M2 candidates).

Together with UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) and supported by MEnS association (Migrants dans l'Enseignement supérieur / Migrants in Higher Education), Université Paris-Saclay is implementing a bonus system for refugee students or students with subsidiary protection in the evaluation of its international master’s scholarship program.
If you are concerned by this status, please indicate it in your statement of purpose right from your application to the master's degree.
