2021 PhD Graduation Ceremony
The fifth edition of the Université Paris-Saclay PhD Graduation Ceremony will be held on July 2, 2021, at CentraleSupélec.
Université Paris-Saclay organizes its graduation ceremony in honor of its PhDs! Following the cancellation and the postponement of the June 2020 and December 2020 ceremonies, the 2021 ceremony will gather the PhDs who defended between April 2019 and December 2020.
Government health measures are well on their way to being relaxed. The June 30 milestone is critical for the graduation ceremony. The event center should be able to reopen for events of up to 1,000 people. This news could make it possible to hold the graduation ceremony 100% in person.
We will update this page regularly and communicate with you to keep you informed.
The current health context requires us to adopt drastic measures. For this reason, anyone who is not registered for the graduation ceremony via ADUM will be denied access to the ceremony.
We are pleased to welcome you to the in-person graduation ceremony on Friday, July 2, 2021 at CentraleSupélec in the Michelin Amphitheatre.
Registration is now closed!
If you have any questions about the ceremony, you can reach us at this email address: email@example.com

Frequently asked questions
We have put in place a health protocol, according to the governmental measures:
- Mandatory mask
- Social distancing
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel
- Setting up of the sanitary pass
Many of you have asked us questions about the health pass. We are sorry to have left you waiting about this subject.
The health pass consists in the presentation, digital (via the TousAntiCovid application) or paper, of a health proof, among the three following ones:
I / Vaccination, on the condition that people have a complete vaccination schedule, that is :
2 weeks after the 2nd injection for dual-injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
4 weeks after the injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson);
2 weeks after injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid (single injection).
II / Proof of a negative test of less than 48 hours (RT-PCR and antigenic)
III / The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test attesting to the recovery of Covid-19, dating back at least 15 days and less than 6 months
Unfortunately, this is not possible given the current health situation and the imposed gauges.
Yes, it is totally possible. However, keep in mind that the ceremony is long and takes place in the summer. The location may be noisy and it may be hot. You will need to arrange for a chaperone to watch your children as the graduates and their guests will be separated.
This year, the ceremony will potentially be streamed to allow the doctors' families to follow this unique moment live from home, if they cannot attend for any reason. The link will be communicated on this page.
Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, we cannot register you for the graduation ceremony if you have not registered before the application deadline.
