M1 Biologie-Santé - Voie Boris Ephrussi-Magistère
The first year of the Boris Ephrussi advanced Master’s degree aims to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge in biology. Students build their teaching programme from the teaching units offered in all the platforms covered by the specialisation, making sure their choices are multidisciplinary. Students also choose to acquire either more theoretical knowledge in science or to develop their business skills. Students are taught English through discussions to promote oral expression and the ability to argue in English. In addition, students are required to consider societal and scientific subjects through an individual project that they must carry out in the course of the year. The training emphasises the importance of student adaptability and takes various forms: debates in English, participation in scientific events or exhibitions, tutoring of secondary-school students, internships, etc.
Former des étudiants à la fonction de chercheur ou d’ingénieurs de recherche dans les organismes publics et privés (grands groupes et start-ups), pour tout projet reposant sur une compréhension moléculaire et une utilisation des systèmes vivants.
Permettre aux étudiants d'acquérir le langage, la culture scientifique, et un niveau de réflexion requis pour conduire et intervenir dans des projets pluridisciplinaires et innovants de la biologie. Former des étudiants à la gestion de projet en recherche et/ou développement technologique.
Etre titulaire du Diplôme national de Licence en Sciences de la vie, obtenu avant le 1er septembre de l'année universitaire pour laquelle vous candidatez. Posséder des bases très solides dans les fondamentaux de la biologie: Biologie moléculaire, biologie cellulaire, biochimie, génétique. Avoir validé des UE de L2/L3 en adéquation avec les thématiques des plateformes de la mention. Avoir une forte appétence pour les projets transverses tant au niveau scientifique qu’au niveau des méthodologies. Pour les étudiants internationaux francophones: Etre titulaire d'un diplôme équivalent à la licence de Sciences de la vie, garantissant les mêmes pré-requis, obtenu avant le 1er septembre de l'année universitaire pour laquelle vous candidatez. Si votre formation initiale est très spécialisée, il est conseillé de postuler d'abord pour un L3 en Licence Sciences de la vie (Diplôme national). For English-speaking international students: You may apply on the International track if you graduated with a Bachelor degree, major in Biology, or if you will graduate before Sept 1st of the academic year for which you apply.
