M2 Formation à l'Enseignement Supérieur en Biochimie Biologie Biotechnologie (Agrégation BBB)
This training program is based on the M1-level biology and biotechnology science curriculum.
The objectives are:
to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the scientific fields covered by the Agrégation BBB to
- acquire writing and summarizing skills in preparation for the written exams
- acquisition of skills in analyzing various types of scientific documents (figures from research articles, articles, scientific journals, etc.)
- acquisition of public speaking skills for the oral admission exams
- acquisition of a broad (bio)technological culture
- fluency in reading scientific bibliographies (from international books, articles, and scientific journals)
- for the “higher education” sub-course: implementation of a pedagogical transposition project for the creation of a teaching unit in higher education, based on research laboratory experience carried out in the second semester.
- for the “Agrégation BBB” course: Analysis of professional practices during a teaching observation internship in a high school.
Mémoriser de très nombreuses connaissances (théoriques, mécanistiques, historiques....) dans de nombreuses disciplines de la biologie moderne.
Training organized according to the Agrégation BBB :
- Theoretical training and preparation for the competitive examination from late August to February
- Preparation for the admission tests from March to late May for the Agrégation BBB
- Laboratory research internship and educational transposition work
Ce M2 vise principalement 2 buts, selon le sous-parcours choisi par l'étudiant :
- Sous-parcours "agrégation" : réussite à l'agrégation Biochimie Génie biologique qui est un concours de recrutement d'enseignant du second degré.
- Sous-parcours "enseignement supérieur" : acquisition de compétences techniques et pédagogique au niveau universitaire à travers un stage en laboratoire de 5 mois dont l'évaluation est une transposition pédagogique dans l'enseignement supérieur de l'expérience recherche acquise en laboratoire.
Le sous-parcours 1 permet l'obtention de postes dans l'Education nationale (fonctionnaire stagaire si réussite au concours ou contractuel en cas d'échec).
Les 2 sous -parcours permettent la poursuite vers des études doctorales mais pas directement - seulement après la réussite à un Master 2 "recherche".
- Have completed a Bachelor's degree and a Master's 1 degree comprising a maximum of theoretical and practical teaching related to the Biochemistry, Biology, and Biotechnology Agrégation program.
- Have a desire to teach (in highscool in the Laboratory Sciences and Techniques technology stream, Biotechnology option, and in the associated BTS or CPGE TB programs).

Les étudiant·es ont une culture scientifique étendue et très actuelle en biochimie, biologie moléculaire, microbiologie, virologie, biologie cellulaire, physiologie humaine et animale, neurobiologie et neurophysiologie, endocrinologie, immunologie.
Les agrégatif·ves ont acquis :
- des capacités de synthèse de données scientifiques et de connaissances théoriques dans différents domaines de la biologie.
- des qualités rédactionnelles
- une aisance à l'oral et des qualités didactiques (élocution, prise de parole devant une assemblée, exploitation de document projet, choix d'illustrations appropriées,...)
