Objectives

To offer students a multi-disciplinary approach to innovation, to both SHS and scientific students high-level training in all aspects of innovation-related economic, strategic and implementation issues (detection, financing, project management, valorization, etc.).

    • Overall organisation

    The distance learning program includes on-site exams for the first semester in January (Faculty Jean-Monnet, Sceaux), while second-semester exams are conducted remotely. Make-up exams for the second session take place on-site at the end of June. Each course features three virtual classes, and instructional materials include forums, videos, and other interactive resources to enhance learning and facilitate student interaction.

    Les métiers concernés sont ceux de l'économie et de la gestion, comme le conseil en stratégie, en intelligence ou prospective économique, en organisation et management de l’innovation, l'ingénierie d’études, recherche et développement industriel, ingénierie d’affaires ou encore chef de projet, mais aussi des métiers qui connaissent une forte croissance comme les chargés d'études dans les technologies de l'information, l'économie numérique, les réseaux, la régulation technico-économique, les éco-innovations, ou encore, à la frontière du juridique avec les experts en propriété intellectuelle, etc.

    Des métiers au carrefour des spécialités traditionnelles sont également en plein développement : chargés de développement ou d’affaires, chargés de valorisation. Le Master peut enfin constituer une formation complémentaire en vue d'une création d'entreprise.

    Course Prerequisites

    The M1 IES e-learning is a program in economics open to diverse audiences, ranging from humanities and social sciences to science and technology backgrounds, from universities to engineering schools. The courses cover various disciplines such as economics, management, marketing, law, and English. It allows non-economists to explore economics and economists to specialize further. Prerequisites include knowledge in economics and/or mathematics. Students from various disciplines often have the necessary skills, while those from other fields must demonstrate proficiency in economics and/or mathematics through prior education, interest in the subjects, MOOCs, etc.

    Méthodes mobilisées
    Veiller et anticiper les enjeux et les besoins dans le domaine de l’innovation. Comprendre et interpréter les dynamiques économiques et organisationnelles. Analyser et concevoir des solutions dans un contexte d’innovation. Évaluer les ressources, les solutions et les usages dans un contexte d’innovation. Conduire et piloter des projets dans un contexte d’innovation. Construire et développer son projet professionnel – mémoire – trouver un stage – projet tutoré.
    Accompagnement personnalisé
    La formation à distance comprend la soumission de deux devoirs par matière avec des corrections personnalisées. Les enseignants sont directement accessibles par e-mail ou via le forum pour toute question. Deux points de bonus sont attribués en fonction de la participation et de la qualité des devoirs rendus par matière.
    Post-graduate profile

    Les étudiants acquièrent des compétences en économie en s'initiant à l'analyse économique.

      (Specify in your cover letter why you have chosen distance learning (EAD), especially for students living abroad.)

    • Completed questionnaire (to download on the master's web page).

    • All transcripts of the years / semesters validated since the high school diploma at the date of application.

      (Circle economics and math courses directly on your transcripts.)

    • Curriculum Vitae.

    • Last transcript in grades.

      (The marks from the last transcript will be converted into grades. The grade conversion grid and an example of how to present the grades obtained can be downloaded from the M1 website.)

    • Copy of passport.

    • Certificate of French (compulsory for non-French speakers).

    • Detailed description and hourly volume of courses taken since the beginning of the university program.

    • VAP file (obligatory for all persons requesting a valuation of the assets to enter the diploma).
