Student Associations

A rich and eclectic campus life!

At Université Paris-Saclay, student association life is particularly dynamic. You will find sports, cultural, and artistic associations, student unions (BDEs), clubs, festivals, solidarity and humanitarian projects, technical production, photography, and many other initiatives.

Why get involved?

  • Meet other students
  • Participate actively in campus life.
  • Develop useful skills (organization, communication, project management).
  • Broaden your horizons and integrate better into university life.

Whether you want to join an existing association, start a project, or create your own, associative life is an integral part of the student experience at Université Paris-Saclay.
Get involved, experiment, propose, and dare: associations are a space for initiative, learning, and connection.

Use the student association directory to find the organization that meets your expectations and helps you thrive on the University's campuses.

As a student association, you can benefit from specific support if at least half of your board members are students within the faculties and IUTs of Université Paris-Saclay, as well as at Polytech.

Indeed, you can receive assistance to create, manage, and register your association, as well as to secure funding. Registering your association allows you to take advantage of financial and logistical support from the University.

For any questions, you can reach out to the following address: associations.etudiantes@universite-paris-saclay.fr

Do you have an idea, an association project, or an initiative to energize student life? The FSDIE Projects fund helps you bring it to life.

Funded by the CVEC, this scheme supports projects that enhance campus life. Projects may fall within one or more areas such as culture, science, sports, social issues, health, disability, education, citizenship, environment, or humanitarian action. To be eligible, your association must be in good standing with the University, meaning it is properly registered and has signed the student association charter.

How to submit a project?
Complete your application via the following link 👉: https://admin-sphinx.universite-paris-saclay.fr/SurveyServer/s/DEVE/FSDIEPROJETS/questionnaire.htm

A tutorial video is available on the site to help you fill in the budget template.

There are five selection committees per year. You can consult the schedule here: calendar coming soon.

You are encouraged to contact your FSDIE faculty advisors and administrative contacts to learn about submission deadlines and receive guidance.

If your application is complete and compliant with the internal regulations, it will be reviewed by the University’s central committee.

Funding terms

This new internal regulation, approved by the CFVU, provides for payment in two stages:

  • First payment: 80% of the allocated amount
  • Balance: paid after submission and validation of expense receipts covering the full grant

All supporting documents must be uploaded to Sphinx. For any questions or issues, contact: associations.etudiantes@universite-paris-saclay.fr
