La mission principale du Service de Recherches de Métallurgie Physique (SRMP), au sein du Département des Matériaux pour le Nucléaire de la Direction de l'Energie Nucléaire du CEA, est d’étudier les mécanismes fondamentaux qui sous-tendent la science des matériaux pour le nucléaire
