Présentation

The Graduate School "Sport, Movement, Human Factors" supports a top-tier education in the field of sports, adapted physical activity, training and performance optimization, ergonomics, management, and engineering in service of human movement. It provides a dynamic environment based on high-quality academic research and backed by professional partners in the sports, leisure, and health sectors.

The educational offerings are structured around 4 master's degree tracks and 7 programs, with courses delivered across the three host institutions of the Graduate School: the University of Paris-Saclay and its associated member universities, the University of Évry, and the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).
The Graduate School combines the expertise of teaching staff and research teachers from various disciplines across the three universities, for high-quality, multidisciplinary education.

  • Engineering in service of human movement
  • Fundamental and applied research in motor control, psychology, cognitive and behavioral neurosciences, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.

Additionally, the continuation of doctoral studies is made possible within the doctoral school of Sports Sciences, Motricity, and Human Movement, co-accredited with the University of Paris and the University of Paris-Nanterre.

It awards degrees in three disciplines: sports and human movement sciences, psychology, and ergonomics. It is one of only two doctoral schools in France aimed at studying human motricity through the humanities and social sciences, life sciences, information sciences, and engineering, driven by innovative interdisciplinary research on the themes of sports and human movement.
