Présentation

Objectives

The programme aims to provide the knowledge and skills required to respond effectively to the legal and financial risks to which business creators, in general, and start-ups, in particular, are exposed. The idea is therefore to teach future graduates legal responses and assistance that apply to the development of digital activities in the business world, and to the new technologies emerging in that innovative sector. From a scientific point of view, it is essential to advise young entrepreneurs in such a way as to make them understand the need to anticipate legal and financial risks, and thus the need to understand the legal tools available. This makes law one of their allies in the development of their innovative companies. The LEAD Master's programme is open to any Master 1-level student who wishes to work in the world of start-ups, either as an entrepreneur or as legal advisor to innovative companies. It is therefore aimed at lawyers, managers, economists, developers, entrepreneurs, designers, etc.
