It offers a multidisciplinary approach ranging from understanding molecular and cellular mechanisms to clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and ethical aspects. The program covers the main pathologies of the central and peripheral nervous systems, such as Alzheimer\u0027s, Parkinson\u0027s, Huntington\u0027s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and multiple sclerosis. Students are trained in recent advances in basic research, biomarker development, and the exploration of new therapeutic strategies. To complement the theoretical teaching, students will visit a neurology department at the hospital.
