Objectifs pédagogiques de la formation

With globalization, relationships between different countries and nationalities in a business context tend to be more frequent. The mission of the Master of International Business (MIB) is to provide students with skills and expertise that will help them succeed in the global context.   • Good knowledge of business systems and processes at both strategic and operational levels;
  • Strong understanding of the global business environment, and its recent major trends;
  • Applied management skills in international settings;

In addition, the MIB program provides students with cross-disciplinary skills such as:

The admission requirements depend on the year of application. Intake in year 1 (M1) is the main entry point. The minimum admission requirements for M1 are:

  • A L3 or a bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited institution (3 years, approx.120 U.S credit hours or 180 ECTS), preferably in business/management (applications from other disciplines will only be considered if the applicant demonstrates outstanding academic results and a robust career plan related to the program)

  • No prior knowledge of French is required but an interest in learning French language / culture is a plus
  • No prior work experience is required but a plus.
  • There is no rigid requirement as to length or nature of international experience but students should have a clear interest in the international environment (studying, travelling, living and/or working abroad,).

An additional intake is offered in year 2 (M2) depending on availability and applicants’ profiles. The minimum admission requirements for M2 are:

  • Applicants must have successfully completed a M1 in business/management
  • or a 4-year-Bachelor’s Degree (240 ECTS) in business / management with significant (2yrs+) professional experience in (International) Business

  • No prior knowledge of French is required but an interest in learning French language / culture is a plus
  • There is no rigid requirement as to length or nature of international experience but students should have a clear interest in the international environment (studying, travelling, living and/or working abroad,)

You may submit an application in the same year you complete your 1st year of Master’s degree, pre-graduation.

Alternatively, applicants to year 1 and year 2 who do not meet the requirements stated above, but have significant formal training, relevant professional experience, and/or knowledge or expertise may be granted admission. The number of places available for this type of profile is very limited, and only candidates with a strong professional experience (one that would prepare them adequately for successful study in the MIB program) and a robust career plan may be granted admission (upon approval from the program’s directors).

I appreciate the organizers' quick response to equip us with new facilities and design new ways to attend classes and their dedication and enthusiasm. Université Paris Saclay helped in gaining the substantial skills and knowledge which is required to triumph in international business. Along with teaching, the professors also incorporated an environment where students can learn through real-time cases. A cross-cultural environment has made me understand things more clearly, and be less judgmental of people. They have guided me through the process of completing my agenda and attaining strong leadership objectives. Faculty members have taught me to empathize with individuals from diverse cultures who have had vastly different life experiences than mine. The course is well designed, and the professors always thrive to upskill students which is the core essence.

Pradeep

The Master International Business program helped me to experience the fruitfulness of diversity through learning with different nationalities. The curriculum is tailormade to cater the needs of students from different educational backgrounds, without compromising on the distinct characteristics of management education. I am sincerely thankful to the program directors for their complete devotion towards creating and running a successful and innovative program. Nevertheless, the business professionals involved in the teaching program from various prestigious companies had supported me to establish a connection between theoretical knowledge to filed reality. Moreover, the proactive emotional and psychological support from the program directors and their prompt guidance helped me to feel comfortable during the academics.
