Laboratoire de biologie et pharmacologie appliquée

Présentation du laboratoire

Le LBPA conduit ses recherches dans les domaines de la pharmacologie anti-tumorale et antivirale et l'étude des bactéries pathogènes. Au niveau fondamental, il étudie les mécanismes moléculaires liés à différentes pathologies, avec des études touchant notamment aux interactions macromoléculaires et à la dynamique des interactions au sein des complexes nucléoprotéiques. Ces études s'appuient sur des expertises technologiques incluant l'utilisation de la spectrométrie de masse, de la biophotonique et de la fluorescence résolue en temps, de la photonique moléculaire, de la Résonnance Magnétique Nucléaire (RMN), de l'imagerie cellulaire (multiphoton, FLIM, FCS...), des laboratoires de culture cellulaire de niveaux de sécurités 2 et 3, des systèmes de bio-capteurs. Le LBPA est rattaché à l'Institut d'Alembert.
