Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire GSC étudie les évènements génétiques et génotoxiques qui surviennent dans le développement des cancers. Le travail est partagé entre les 8 équipes qui travaillent en synergie sur la réplication de l'ADN, sa réparation, les phénomènes de recombinaison, la régulation des ARN et miARN, le stress oxydant et la réponse aux rayonnements.
Intégrée au Centre de Recherche d'Orsay, le GSC profite d'une plateforme d'imagerie intégrée à l'unité et des nombreux plateaux techniques de l'Institut Curie (SGA, Radiothérapie expérimentale, Séquençage ADN haut débit...).
