Présentation du laboratoire

L'institut des Sciences des Plantes Paris-Saclay a pour rôle de mieux comprendre les mécanismes génétiques et moléculaires qui contrôlent la croissance de la plante et leurs régulations par les signaux endogènes et exogènes d'origine biotique (bactéries et champignons) et abiotique (stress environnemental, nutriments ou autres). Ces recherches combinent la génomique, la biologie moléculaire et cellulaire, la bio-informatique, la biochimie et la physiologie. L'institut possède 5 plateformes : biologie translationnelle, transcriptomique, métabolomique, Interatome et Epigénomique ce qui lui permet de se positionner sur différents projets innovants en partenariat avec des partenaires industriels pour contribuer à l'agriculture de demain.
