Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire BIOGER développe des projets de lutte contre les champignons pathogènes des plantes qui sont responsables de pertes majeures en agronomie. Parmi ces champignons étudiés on peut citer la septoriose, fusariose, rouilles des céréales, phoma du colza ou encore la pourriture grise de la vigne. Ces études sont réalisées sur différentes échelles de la biologie: du génome aux mécanismes infectieux à la dynamique évolutive et l'épidémiologie. Ces travaux ont pour objectif global de répondre aux attentes sociétales en terme de lutte durable et respectueuse de l'environnement contre les maladies fongiques des plantes de grande culture et de gestion des risques liés à la dissémination et au potentiel adaptatif des champignons phytopathogènes. Ces recherches sont réalisées à travers plusieurs projets collaboratifs en partenariat avec les principales firmes de l'agrochimie.
