Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire d'Alimentation et sciences sociales étudie l'économie et la sociologie de la consommation et de l'industrie alimentaire, des comportements et des stratégies des acteurs du système alimentaire. Le laboratoire contribue à l'élaboration et à l'évaluation des politiques publiques sur les normes agroalimentaires. Il est divisé en deux axes de recherche : étude des comportements alimentaires et stratégies des entreprises, sociologie de l'alimentation qui porte sur l'analyse des liens entre morphologie sociale et structures des consommations alimentaires et l'analyse des normes régissant l'alimentation. Ces travaux sont notamment inscrits dans une politique de suivi de l'évolution de la consommation par des partenariats avec de grands groupes comme Danone ou Nestlé.
