Université Paris-Saclay attended NAFSA, the biggest international conference for higher education, which took place in Los Angeles this year from 28 May to 2nd June.
The American Association of International Educators is the world's largest non-profit association dedicated to international education and exchange, bringing together 10,000 members located at more than 3,500 institutions worldwide, in over 150 countries.
Through a series of workshops, networking and partnering events, and at the heart of the conference, the delegation from Université Paris-Saclay as well as representatives from several member institutions (Université d’Evry-Val-d’Essonne, Université Paris-Sud, Université Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, ENS Paris-Saclay, TélécomParisTech and TélécomSudParis) were able to exchange with existing partners as well as make new connections with representatives interested by student exchanges, the establishment of dual degrees, and collaborations on a wider scale.
The conference was also the opportunity for part of the delegation to travel to two major universities of the region, University of California Los Angeles and University of California San Diego, to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
