Every year Université Paris-Saclay organizes an information session dedicated to FET program

Université Paris-Saclay organized on Thursday 1st of June a training session dedicated to the program FET Open (Future and Emerging Technologies of Horizon 2020 program). This program finances the projects of fundamental research, linking scientific and technological research and offering an important technological break that will position Europe in a forefront of the research in the concerned scientific fields. This is an open call for all scientific disciplines as long as the projects meet six principles of the program: long-term vision, ambition for a scientific and technological breakthrough, fundamental character, novelty, high-risk and multidisciplinarity. This session is intended for the researchers willing to submit an application, but also for everyone wishing to be informed on this European funding program.

The training was hosted by Mariama COTTRANT from NCP FET. She presented the work program and made an analysis of the evaluation reports of FET Open projects. An expert-evaluator and 2 FET grant-holders also came to speak about their experience of FET projects and to answer numerous questions from the audience.

The second part of this workshop dedicated to FET program will take place on 6th of July 2017. On this occasion, the researchers of Université Paris-Saclay engaged in the preparation of application files will be offered an individual meeting with an experts’ jury to present their project.

The registration is open until 12th of June:
