Please note that all procedures related to enrolments, reenrolments and thesis defences can still be carried out via the ADUM platform. You will find a reminder of the procedures below.
Doctorat school managers will communicate with you via ADUM.
Please note however, for the following correspondence via email, we encourage you to take the following precautions.
. In order to continue receiving notifications related to your applications during this time via email, PhD candidates who are waiting for @universite-paris-saclay.fr email addresses to be restored should replace their @universite-paris-saclay.fr email address with another email address which has not been affected by the cyberattack in their ADUM personal profile. This is also necessary in order to receive emails sent by the Maison du Doctorat.

Thesis supervisors, laboratory heads, doctoral school managers and directors , should logon on to their ADUM account regularly to check the follow-up of applications and validate requests related to enrolments, reenrolments and thesis defences.

Doctoral school contacts
If the email address used by your doctoral school is an @universite-paris-saclay.fr email address, you will not be able to contact them, but you can continue to carry out your procedures normally on ADUM.
If the doctoral school uses another email address with another domain name, you can contact them as you would normally.

How can I upload my thesis for the first or second time via the university library?
If you are with affiliated AgroParisTech, UEVE or UVSQ, you should contact the librarians in these institutions, and who manage your application using the email addresses of these institutions.
If you are affiliated with ENS, CentraleSupélec, the university libraries at Orsay, Sceaux or Kremlin-Bicêtre:
- If you are uploading your thesis for the second time, contact the person managing your dossier via their professional telephone number (see below). Please only contact the person with whom you are already in contact regarding how to upload your thesis.
- If you are uploading your thesis for the first time, if you had confirmed an appointment time with the person managing your dossier while they were on annual leave, they have probably not seen your email. Do not hesitate to call them.
Individuals without appointments for the first upload of their thesis, with upcoming thesis defences, will be contacted by librarians.
