Présentation
Objectives

The Master in Arbitration and International Trade aims to train top specialists in international trade law and international arbitration. The ambition is for students to be professionally operational upon graduation. To
achieve this, theoretical lessons are complemented by extensive practical teaching, which constitutes over half of the programme and provides students with the essential professional skills required in these disciplines (drafting of documents and conclusions, pleading, etc.). At the end of the training, graduates are able to work in at least two languages, often three.
The programme also imparts a solid scientific knowledge base and teaches students the methodology of research, so that they may go on to doctoral studies if they wish.

Note: the preferred M1 for this study path is the "International and European business law" M1. If the prerequisites are met, students may also be accepted upon completing the "International and European public law" M1 (same discipline) or other M1s from other disciplines, "Business law" in particular.
