For the second year in a row Université Paris-Saclay organizes a half-day workshop dedicated to the program FET Open.
Université Paris-Saclay organizes on June 1st 2017 an information workshop on the calls for proposals for research projects FET Open 2017 (calls closing on September 27th 2017). Individual interviews with the experts-evaluators will be offered to candidates in July 6th 2017.
1. Information session on the FET programme: Thursday June 1st from 9:00 to 13:00
This workshop is addressed to the researchers and the research support personnel willing to be informed on the programme FET Open. During this meeting the participants will attend a presentation of the work program and a feedback session from the experts-evaluators and the grant holders.

2. Practice session: Tuesday July 6th from 9:00 to 17:00
A complementary session is organized on July 6th. During the session the individual interviews with the experts-evaluators will be offered to the candidates who are willing to submit a FET project in coordination for the 2017 Call for proposals. The registration for these individual interviews is closed!

FET Open program finances fundamental research projects, linking scientific and technologic research and proposing a major technologic breakthrough that will place Europe in forefront of research and all scientific fields. This call is open to all scientific fields as long as projects correspond to six principles of the programme: long-term vision, ambitious scientific and technological breakthrough, fundamental character, novelty, high-risk, multidisciplinarity.
