In partnership with APCI (Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Creation), the Université Paris-Saclay Design Spot is pleased to welcome the Observeur du Design 2018: a traveling exhibition that celebrates design and innovation.
Created by the APCI in 1999, the Observeur du Design is a prestigious French award for innovative products, services, devices or experiences that combine refinement and technical performance for the benefit of users. For this year’s awards, the expert panel pre-selected 163 projects that demonstrate a responsible design approach, combining respect for users, for companies and for the environment. 35 of these received a star at a ceremony held at the Centre Pompidou. After earlier stops at Centre Pompidou and Galerie des Gobelins, the awarded projects will be presented at The Design Spot in an exhibition conceived by designers Patrick Jouin and Christophe Thélisson.
