Dean of the Doctoral School n°581 ABIES | Agriculture Food Biology Environment Health
Born in 1975, Alexandre Péry graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X - 1995) and from University Lyon I (French Phd 2003). He joined first Cemagref (2003-2007) where he obtained in 2006 his ability to supervise research. In 2008, he became the head of the research unit METO (Models for ecotoxicology and toxicology) at INERIS.
From 2014 he has been the Dean of the doctoral School ABIES at AgroParisTech, responsible for the doctoral training of high level civil servants from the ministry for agriculture and food, and researcher at EcoSys in soil ecotoxicology.
Alexandre Péry is a specialist of modelling applied to ecotoxicology and toxicology, in particular relative to toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of chemicals, and change of scale from cells to individuals, populations and ecosystems.
